Electrode paste
• Electrode paste is a conductive material used in ferroalloy furnaces,calcium carbide furnaces and other ore-arcing furnaces.This product has a small resistivity,which can reduce the loss of electric energy,has small pores,can slow down the oxidation speed of the heated electrode,is resistant to high temperatures,has a small thermal expansion coefficient,and has high mechanical strength.
APPLICATION
• Ferroalloy furnaces: Electrode paste is used in the production of ferroalloys, such as the production of ferroalloys, yellow phosphorus and other metal or non-metal products.
• Calcium carbide furnaces: In the production of calcium carbide, electrode paste is used for self-baking electrodes to assist calcium carbide furnaces in calcium carbide production.
• Electrolytic aluminum and steel smelting: Electrode paste is also used in electrode metallurgical industries such as electrolytic aluminum and steel smelting to provide necessary electrical conductivity.
